Boniopsis (Bambusa Boniopsis) is a clumping bamboo that grows to 3-4 mtrs in height. It features small, dark green leaves and is very dense when fully grown. It is a vase shaped bamboo, meaning it is a tight clump at the base then vases out like a capital V shape to cover a 2-3m area. Boniopsis is a fast growing bamboo, and can achieve a privacy screen in under 24 months.
